Simple Recipes - Page 2

A really easy recipe for halibut (but I'm sure would work with any firm fleshed fish) is this, we call it "Not Your Mama's Fish N Chips"

You just take the halibut and cut it in to fingers or bite-sized pieces. Then dip the fish in melted butter or a beaten egg. Then you coat the fish in crushed sour cream and onion potato chips. The easiest way to do this is put the chips in a zip-loc bag and smash them good. Then drop the pieces of fish in the bag, a few at a time, and shake it up good.

Place them on an ungreased baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees farenheit.
