While traveling I saw the immense traffic this murder case caused as the policed shut down part of the highway directing traffic West. The victim was killed by a driver who whipped out a gun and killed him over an argument about a minor accident that happened just under the Diego Martin flyover.
QUOTE Both vehicles pulled to the shoulder of the highway. Police were told that Rodney, 42, argued with the other driver and then returned to his vehicle. It is suspected that he was followed back to his car and shot. Ref. Source 3
