2 men shot Saturday in a gang-related drive-by shooting on Cleveland East Side

I am pretty sure this is gang related, it seems like this sort of illegal activity have taken over Cleveland.

Police were called at 9:48 p.m. To the 300 block of Cleveland Road after shots were fired. Officers found 20-year-old Michael Smith with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. He was taken to Huron Hospital.
Smith and three other men had been standing outside. A red Dodge Caliber and a red Chevrolet Impala drove by and the occupants yelled Coit Boys before they started shooting.
Smith's friend, 21-year-old Amier Hasan, was shot multiple times in his upper torso and back. Another friend drove him to Huron Hospital before police arrived. Hasan told officers he didn't see the shooters because he was talking on his cell phone.... Source 3n

My gosh, why would anyone do something like this to two CHILDREN? Let me tell you that gang members and all those people involved in similar crimes have no heart.
