Say You Watch Journalists

I'll tell you why this will end up being bad for the same reasons as the other laws of this type. They are open ended for the government to decide whether they violated the law instead of giving strict guidelines against certain things. When you leave it open ended and up to the government to decided whether they were right or wrong, you inadvertently give the government more power. This is the exact type of ruling that is so open ended it invites abuse. It simply amazes me that our government and judicial system cannot seem to stop making the same mistakes over and over.
