I wonder if the husband was addicted to meth as well. It makes no other sense, to have been completely clueless about his pregnant wife...I just get this. Surely, she would have would have had a sober moment in those ten years to realise what she was doing was not right (At all!) and she continued to become high and kill her babies? What a selfish cow!

Insanity would have only been used if it had been one baby, but there was 6. There is no way someone could see killing 6 babies as an act of insanity. She was just a selfish cow, she got what she deserved. I'm glad she will never see the light of day again.
