Theaton does not like the look of the Centipede heading their way and begins firing arrows at it. He will fire arrows at it until it is almost within range and then switch to his long sword.
Unmodified rolls to attack: 12, 18, 7, 13, 8, 16, 19, 11
Unmodified damage: 4, 3, 3, 5, 6, 4, 4, 6
I have to relocate my character sheet lost it during the move but I do believe that he got a +3 or 4 to hit with bow.
I need to know if Theaton chose to continue crossing after seeing the centipede, or if he returned to the party.
Mikmek the kobold retreats while everyone else begins firing arrows down at the easy target as it reaches the lip of the chasm (Centipede 21 damage)
The centipede reaches over the lip of the cave and bites straight at Theaton, digging mandibles into his thigh (Theaton 6 damage, Jhod 5 damage) but you avoid the poison from seeping in. You also see another blue hued goblin on the other side of the cave ordering a new group of mites but the view is blocked by the monster.
Shivas and Jhod's arrows strike true, while the injury distracts Theaton from a good hit with his sword. The next centipede bite glances off your armour. You and Shivas strike the huge creature, piercing its thick chitin and it looks badly damaged. It retaliates by piercing through your chain shirt (Theaton 10 damage, Jhod 9 damage). You feel your muscles tighten as Theaton takes an additional 3 Dexterity damage from poison.
Shivas finishes it with an arrow and its body begins to slide down into the caverns, taking with it a large chunk of dirt. It falls to reveal a rank of 4 mites holding darts and a goblin behind them. It shouts as it points towards the party and a volley of darts fly towards you. Unlucky to be in the front, one dart hits Theaton and 3 miss (1 non-lethal damage). Jhod then channels healing 4 damage to all as Theaton has a chance to react.
Out of Character: Please roll a Fort save for each round to resist poison. And remember that non-lethal and lethal damage is healed together.

Theaton resists further affects from the poison and the first arrow strikes the goblin, which should have incapacitated it. But this goblin retaliates by pulling out a metal sphere and igniting the top, throwing it at the party. You duck as it sails over and explodes behind you, harming nobody but causing a little dirt to fall and burning a few roots. Another volley of darts miss Theaton, but hit Shivas and Jhod (1 damage each).
Jhod impales a mite's head with an arrow, pinning the corpse two the wall, while Shivas hits but doesn't penetrate it's fey skin. Theaton's arm spasms from the poison and he barely misses the bomb thrower. It doesn't help to try to shoot through a rank of mites.
The next bomb is precisely targeted, the goblin had noted what affected his first throw. The metal ball hits Theaton square in his cheek as a deafening roar erupts along with a gush of flame. Theaton hears is a goblin's maniacal laughter as he feels heavy pain (7 damage Theaton, 6 Jhod). The splash of flame around the area also burns Jhod (6 damage) while Shivas evades (3 damage). A dart hits Jhod (1 damage) but many wounds are undone when both clerics combine their channeled heal. A burst of light and fresh pine fragrance brings Theaton back to his senses (10 damage healed) so he can fire his bow. But the goblin's leather absorbs the shot! If not for the damned poison, maybe he could hit it better.
The whistle of another bomb flying through the air quiets everyone. Theaton is yet again hit (4 damage Theaton, 4 Jhod) and the splash hurts the others (3 Shivas, 1 Jhod). In the confusion, a dart hits Shivas (2 damage). Shivas misses her shot and Jhod's hit is imprecise (Mite 1 damage) as they both split and move back 10 feet. Theaton's arrow also misses.
Out of Character: When you modified your attacks, I assume you didn't include the -2 from dexterity damage. If you did, the fight would have a completely different outcome so just write your bonus once before all your attacks.
You have a chance to move if you want to before the next round. Don't be afraid to ask the NPC's to move, or for more healing. I need more attacks and a Sense Motive as well.
Out of Character: Yes I added in a -3 as I was not sure how much dexterity damage to add in. Thus a +3 for bow and a -3 for the poison.
Theaton will work on shooting the goblin so it will stop throwing those bombs. Rolls are modified with the now +3/-2modifications.
Attack rolls: 12, 9, 16, 13
Damage: 5, 4, 6, 6
Theaton will ask the clerics to move towards the mites to see if we can get them out of the way.
Out of Character:: Oh! in that case your third attack was a hit and killed the goblin. Undo 4 damage. So rewriting the last paragraph:
The arrow pierces the goblin's leather, and it falls, clutching the wound. A set of hands drag it away out of sight, while Shivas is hit by a dart (2 damage). Shivas misses her shot and Jhod's hit is imprecise barely puncturing the skin, but Theaton finishes that mite off.
The final volley is fired and one of the two Mite's darts hit Theaton (1 damage). Shivas' and Jhod's combined attacks bring down one mite, and Theaton knocks the last mite to the ground, it crawls away defeated.
The dust that had risen falls to reveal a narrow cave mouth, behind the gorge, 3 blue corpses littering the sight. The sound of shattering glass is heard from deeper in.
