Theaton will not attack the chief but will attack the other kobolds around him and Jhod. He will disable or kill the kobolds around him before heading over to assist Shivas. He will ask Jod for some healing while asking Shivas to keep the shaman busy.
Rolls if needed: 12, 21 (18), 15, 17, 10

Theaton attacks the kobolds knocking down one and Jhod missing. They all miss allowing Theaton to strike another one down, while Jhod injures one finally.
They all retaliate with precise jabs of their spears, stabbing Theaton twice and Jhod once (2 damage Theaton, 5 Jhod).
Theaton continues to attack, finishing the injured one, and Jhod injures the second last one standing.
At this moment, the leering devil face above you disappears into a fine mist and you notice that you've lost line of sight to Shivas, who continues to shout either "he's here" Or "I've lost him" From further down the cave.
This does not deter the zealous kobolds. The injured one retaliates (2 damage Theaton, 1 Jhod) before being smashed by Theaton. The last one has fickle final attack before being struck down.
It is quiet for a moment. The chief has a sad look on his face as he sits in the corner watching the scene. "Heal them, man of god," The chief says. "I will order them to not attack."
Jhod complies and channels, the familiar warmth and smells of a forest filling the room (7 healing all). The chief keeps his warriors down with a single draconic word.
"He's here!" Shivas's voice echoes down the cave. "And he's visible! He's cast another fear spell! I'm still okay!"
Theaton will thank the Chief and tell him that he will take care of the shaman for his double crossing. Theaton only wants half of the treasure in this room. Theaton and Jhod will head down the tunnel to find Shivas and deal with the shaman once again.
Running down the tunnel, Theaton spots the purple scales of the shaman in Shivas's light spell. He points at her, incanting some magic, and she is injured by multiple invisible strikes (10 damage Shivas).
Theaton's charge is a miss and seeing this threat return, the shaman steps back and turns invisible with another spell.
Jhod catches up and whispers, "If I can get sight of him, I can cast a spell to holds him in place!" Both clerics look to Theaton for instructions.
Theaton will tell Shivas to heal herself if needed as we try locating him again. Theaton will move forward listening for any sound of someone trying to move away unseen.
Listen rolls: 4, 17, 14
Perception checks: 17, 22, 13
All rolls are modified.
Theaton moves down the corridor. There is nobody visible there, and there is an intersection here. One path leads forward towards the entrance and the other leads right to a room you haven't seen yet.
(Shivas 6 healing)
As you're deciding which way to go, Shivas shouts from behind, "he's here! He hit me with his wand again!" (8 damage Shivas)
Out of Character: a few more attack rolls needed.
Theaton's charge strikes the kobold as he comes into view. The shaman reacts with a step back towards his own room and with a spell from his wand. Two unseen bolts of force strike Theaton (4 damage Theaton, 3 Jhod) but neither cleric can identify the arcane magic involved.
Shivas heals herself again (5 healing) and Jhod misses with his longbow.
Theaton then follows up with a very heavy blow leaving the kobold shaman on the brink of consciousness. In a final act of desperation, the shaman casts another Inivisibiltiy spell and disappears. This time you hear the sound of a body hitting the ground, and a trail of blood appears with no source.
The cave is silent again.
Out of Character: Not sure how you got a 10 for damage on a longsword, I had to subtract 1 from all the rolls and that left the shaman on exactly 0.
