Out of Character: Survival 17+4 = 21
In Character: Zork sighs as well about his wounds. He awaits Theaton's return to see if he will try to find a safer place to camp or continue the march but for sure he felt being around the eggs was not a good thing as the mother or hungry creatures may come for them.
Zork knows that the clouds on the horizon bring bad news. The next afternoon you expect a hailstorm to come over the area, which will change to a thunderstorm which will last throughout day after. The wind conditions will be strong but not unbearable.
After studying the weather Zork says, "We need to get some shelter, a hailstorm is coming and we can get hurt even more. Let's look for a cave!"
It's not exactly a cave you find, but a deep overhang provides a good enough shelter from the elements. You both relocate there and rest as Jhod tends to your poisons.
Sunday 14 Gozran
Jhod starts the day, as always, with a prayer to Erastil. He regains his spells, preparing two Lesser Restorations, three Endure Elements and his usual Shield Other, Calm Emotions, Shield of Faith and Bless. He didn't prepare his usual Hold Person, Protection from Evil, or Command.
The day starts off overcast, but soon the wind picks up. In the afternoon it does indeed hail and the hailstones that hit are huge! Some of the larger ones are the size of a fist.
Additionally, you notice some agitated movement out in the storm, hard to tell the distance in this weather.
Out of Character: Overnight, you heal your level in hit points and one point of each ability score.
Jhod's success at helping you doubles both of these.
For a full day of rest, undisturbed, the rate is doubled, so Jhod could quadruple the healing if he passes the Heal check.

Zork is most grateful for Jhod's healing and expresses this to him. At the same time he is quite content to let the storm and all that it does go on without him seeking any part of it. Zork rests.
Moonday 15 Gozran
The wind is still strong and the thunderstorm continues, but it ought to clear so you head out. You explore the rest of the hills and head winding towards the forest. There are small animals around that didn't make it through the storm, you collect two rabbits and a sparrow for meat.
Toilday 16 Pharast
Travel through the forest is pleasant as the weather has cleared to be rather warm. The trees are damaged after the storm, but still provide adequate shelter.
Wealday 17 Pharast
The region of forest around here is crisscrossed with many game trails. You both identify that there is one particular set of footprints for a rather large boar.
Later that day you come across a section of trampled earth littered with small bones. In the centre lies a large fallen pine tree, its hollow section providing a dark shelter.
