The NBA has banned Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life and is fining him $2.5 million -- the maximum fine allowed under the league's constitution -- NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said today. That ban would, among other things, keep Sterling from games, practices, and from going to Clippers facilities. Ref. CNN

So there are two things here, the right to say as he pleases in private and then his remarks are racist, but if that's his private view then should it be made public? There is going to be a case about this, I bet he will appeal.
