Do you think that by promoting the use of foods high in sugar on school compounds we are furthering the problem of delinquency, causing a lack of attention and making the children tired among the school population?

Definitely! That's the way it is up here for the schools. Soda and candy bar vending machines are out and healthy meals are encouraged from the cafeteria.

Should Snacks & Sugar Drinks Be Banned From T&T Schools? Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

There would be a remarkable turn around in the health and thinking of the students in this nation if they could at least give up all that junk they eat. Usually, nothing good comes from a package. We live on a tropical island - where are all the fruits and vegetables at our disposal - living food is what we need.

Yes, they should be banned as many school children are engaging in a lot of unhealthy foods everyday. However even if snacks and sugar drinks were banned there will be a lot of cases where some people will break that rule in secret.
