The Food and Drug Administration says that between January 2012 and April 2017 there were more than 8,200 cases in which children younger than six years old drank e-cigarette liquid or liquid nicotine. The agency is warning e-cigarette makers that their packaging with names such as "One Made Hit Juice Box" or "V’Nilla Cookies & Milk" may confuse children into thinking that the containers hold something fit for children.
