The Mary Kopyar & Unborn Murder Case is horrific. This happened in 1988. Timothy Vail the convicted murderer for the crime apparently broke into a law firm with the intent of stealing something, possibly valuables. While doing so Mary Kopyar who was eight months pregnant and a secretary in the law firm confronted Timothy Vail. He then raped and killed Mary thus killing her unborn baby.

Comments: How about there is a lot of facts no one cares to hear that Timothy Vail did not act alone and there was no evidence at the crime seen but planted by three state troopers who also served time. Timothy Vail is a very tender family oriented man I should know I'm married to him and we have twins age 14.

Comments: Evidence points to Timothy Vail. He wouldn't still be in prison if he wasn't guilty. He shouldn't have been allowed to have children while in prison. Anyone that rapes/murders a pregnant woman should be punished to the fullest extent. NY should have the death penalty... Move him to OHIO!
