What are your Expectations for Trinidad & Tobago for the new year 2014?

Tobago and Trinidad Expectations

The economy will improve and the infrastructure will continue likewise. As we can already see, the crime is escalating and they would try as much as possible to curb the crime bar the prosecution of offending public officials. More allegations of corruption will be laid against these officials.

Expectations For Trinidad & Tobago 2014 Caribbean / Tobago & Trinidad

You will see a windfall of 'goodies' handed out to the public this year and the next. This is with the hope of securing another term in office but I don't know if it will be too little too late.

Tobago and Trinidad Expectations

There will be a massive rush to satisfy the demands of the 'angry voter', the voter that will simply vote someone else to show the government that they aren't happy with their performance. I expect to see the government making lost of citizens happy. The reality check though is that money and power cannot satisfy everything. For instance despite the amount invested in the security services crime is still rampant.

Comments: Its turning out to be the same ole thing that we get every year just before an election, a mass spending spree on infrastructure so it looks like lots is happening.
