My daughter is looking for housing in the Cascade or St. Anne's area for herself and her two children. They are American. What are the risks of living there? What are the cost ranges of housing? What are the names of the best schools in that area?

Depends on the location within those areas. It's "St. Ann's" By the way and not 'St. Anne's". Cascade is generally a better area than St. Ann's but they are both adjacent to each other. St. Ann's has a mental hospital and you get a lot of out patients walking around. Prices for Cascade can be around US$800+ per month. Lots of schools in the area mostly because its so close to POS.

Liming US$800? Where did you get that information from? Cascade real expensive these days US$1,000 and up and that's cheap.

I guess it depends on the size of the place. If its a family with children it will be tough to get anything for cheap.
