Just recently I joined the world of veganism. I am reading all I can about healthy food choices and I thought in starting this thread to share the things I make and eat, sort of like a food journal that can help me keep track of the things I consume on a daily basis and help others with ideas. Of course, I would love to read the things you eat, please share!
This is how my day will be like today:
Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal and soya milk
1 orange
Mid-morning snack
Hazelnuts, almonds and other mixed nuts
2 vegan crisp crackers
Lunch
Spaguetti and chilli with salad made of cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, sweet peppers and cabbage.
Mid-afternoon snack
1 orange
2 vegan crisp crackers
Mixed nuts
Dinner
Toasted bread with fresh tomatoes and veggies on top.
Today I had the following:
Breakfast:
Bowl of cereal with soya milk
1 orange
mid-morning snack:
Cinnamon crispy cereal
Lunch
Crunchy Chinese style noodles with red and green peppers and some garlic. Topped with green onions.
Mid afternoon snack
I wasn't hungry at all so I didn't eat anything.
Dinner
Vegetable hearty soup with yellow split peas, potatoes, pumpkin, cassava, bok choy, and onions. Yummy!
Someone at work asked if I wanted anything from KFC and I said, no thanks. Proud of myself.
Yesterday, was really hard specially at night but today was a little better. This was my menu for the day:

Mid-morning snack
No time to eat!
Lunch
Wild rice with vegetables and corn and beans
Mid-Afternoon snack
No time to eat!
Dinner
Vegetable soup and bread
