Isshin-ryu Karate is widely practiced, yet, there are few who have an accurate understanding of its use. In this video, reknowed instructor Chris Thomas presents a Master Class in the style's empty-hand methods.
The program contains superb demonstration of the eight katas including Siesan, Wansu, Sunsu, Seiuchin, Chinto, Sanchin, Naihanchi and Kusanku, as well as a thorough and astonishing treatment of bunkai (kata application).
Master Chris Thomas has been involved in the Martial Arts for over 35 years. He holds a 7th degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate, an 8th degree Black Belt in Ryukyu Kempo and an 8th degree Black Belt in Dillman Karate International. He is the author of all of George Dillman's Pressure point books and has written hundreds of articles for various Martial Arts magazines including writing for magazine for over 25 years.

I have never seen Issuin Ryu Karate practiced.
The names of the Kata sound Familiar.
I don't know how different a style it is, like mine it sounds Okinawan but I have never come across it.
