Is Greece Swimming popular? Are there Greece Swimming pool facilities that Swimmers can use for the sport? Is the sport developed or unknown? Even if it is not done locally, who are the most known Greece Swimmers?

Swimming Greece
Greece, being a country famous for its seas, beaches and islands, has 90% of the population swimming, for those living inland, and 100% of the population swimming, for those living on islands or coastal regions. There are people practicing swimming as a sport as well, but I am afraid I'm not up-to-date with sports, and I couldn't mention any athlete's names.
Everybody's swimming, and there are a lot of athletes participating in tournaments and races.
