Japan vs Trinidad & Tobago
Japanese battle ships docked at Port of Spain as part of a world wide training mission. They gave tours to selected schools and locals. Apparently, the Japanese wish to strengthen ties with Trinidad & Tobago.
One of the things they discussed is that Trinidadians will not need a visa to go to Japan. I am not sure how exactly is this going to benefit the average citizen because going and living in Japan is very expensive.
Is good that we can develop relationships with other countries outside the circle of the usual countries we normally have talks with, I was surprised to learn we had Trinis teaching English over there. They understand Japanese too?
