Basmet kneels by the first man who dropped and begins to bandage his wound with whatever cloth she can tear off his clothes. She knows she is not adept in healing but every bit of help counts. The second man she knows can't be saved.
"Indeed," She agrees with Charles. "A shame they didn't tell us more. We must get back to Feyra and tell her it's a dead end here."
"Or is it?"
At that point Basmet second guesses herself, and has a good look around the walls of the room for any openings or secrets.

Out of Character: I didn't even notice the lack of Heal on the bard skill list. Must have been a bad physician back home, ha!
Charles decides to assist Basmet by looking around the area to see if there is any secret area. While doing so, he says to Basmet "Maybe this area have some kind of trap door or an secret area".

The two adventurers search the place to find nothing significant, other than a cache of 6 mysterious looking mini-vials, with about a finger's size in a strange transparent light-blue water-like substance in the tents, as well as a journal in the smaller of the tents.
The journal contains only two written pages, and reads:
Finally, I have reached my destination. Everything is according to plan, except for those meddling pests, from whom I am almost rid of! The pyramid's water system has been halted, as it was predicted by the oracle. The big wall barrier buried itself under the sands, and the water ended in The River, granting us entry! That was not at all predicted, but it was good news to get such an obstacle out of the way.
I can't believe we even have Seneb's approval. That darn fool thinks I'm here to serve his interests!
We couldn't locate the main entrance, but we did find a secret entrance, which led us to an underground chamber. It looks unfinished. What in the name of Anubis is this? Not even that useless oracle Gaska knew anything about it...
We set camp in the unfinished chamber, and searched the place thoroughly. We found two entries to the upper sections, the one was tightly sealed, while the other opened up easily. It led into the Grand Gallery. As expected more blocks of granite blocking our way...
Thank Anubis for granting that useless oracle the power to remove the darn blocks.
Other than that -
[At this point it seems the writer of the diary must have had something more important to deal with, or was too bored to continue. In any case, this prevents the adventurers from learning more. Who could he be? What do the officials, for example the Pharaoh himself, know of this?]
A quick search of the stuff in the tents reveals no dwarf-sized clothing or items. The two khopesh swords (Identical to Charles') seem to be of excellent quality and condition, better even than Charles'.

Feyra is pulled up by the hand that reached down. And as she stands up, she peculiarly sees no one there around her. The hand however looked and felt real enough to cause some confusion.
Three paths can she see:
1. Downward and right in front of her, a path ends in a wall just a few tens of feet further.
2. Right behind her, and parallel to the ground level, a straight path leading into a room that seems lit.
3. Exactly above the path 2, an amazing ascending pathway leads to a grand step. The walls are filled with hieroglyphics. The Grand Gallery is a hall 153 feet long and 7 feet wide at the floor level, and about 28 feet high, angling upward at the same slope. The walls rise in seven courses of polished limestone. On both sides of the central 2 foot passage are two narrow ramps 18 inches wide and slotted at regular intervals.
Note: it is impossible to walk up the Grand Gallery, as it's built atop the 2nd path, and no stairs connect Feyra's position with it. One would have to either bring a ladder, or be creative with ropes and any sort of climbing gear. - I understand the complexity of the rooms. Let me remind that everything present here is historically and archeologically accurate, and real-life was never designed to be easy-to-describe! Feel free to search "Pyramid of Giza Grand Gallery" Photos online. Be careful of spoilers!

While looking in the tents, he catches a glimpse of the khopesh swords, so as he saw them, he turns around and he takes the swords and he checks them to see how good they were. He says to Basmet "These swords, is of very good quality and condition, even better than my own khopesh, you should take one".
"No, no thanks," She replies. "I wouldn't know the first thing to do with them. Let soldiers use the soldier's tools."
Basmet thinks the blue vials are potions and takes a minute to identify them.

"We should really get back to the meeting point. There's nothing else here. Hopefully she's back at the broken entrance now."
Basmet takes the journal as evidence, and splits the vials between them, taking 3 and offering 3 to Charles.
Charles nods to Basmet while taking the vials that she offered for him. He says to her "Yes, let's go", he quickly picks up the two swords and he starts heading back to where the "Well Shaft" Is now.
The vials are all indeed potions, and can grant the imbiber the effects of a bless spell for exactly 1 minute (=10 rounds).
The two reach the Well Shaft opening pretty quickly, and there they see the tunnel. One side of the tunnel features handholds that can be used to climb up, the handholds are neither well-made, nor as frequent as they should be.
Both need to roll a climb check with each post. You may take 10 instead of rolling the die, and remember to take your armor check penalty into account.

Feyra:
About five meters from the end of the passage, the passage slopes downward a further sixty centimeters to the floor level of the chamber. The chamber itself is made entirely of beautifully finished limestone blocks with a gabled ceiling.
The walls are bare and uninscribed, but there is a niche in the east wall about four and a half meters up from the floor. In the niche, a golden statuette, decorated with precious gemstones of various colors, in the form of the Great (And deceased) Pharaoh Khufu. The niche also has a corbel ceiling.
A table and shelves take up most of the space of the chamber. The table has multiple scrolls unwrapped and stacked clumsily. The shelves also have a ridiculous amount of scrolls and books stacked, and next to the table sits an old man, dressed in priest clothing, who is studying the scrolls and books maniacally.
As Feyra enters the chamber, the man doesn't react at all. He seems incredibly absorbed into his frantic research, and pays no attention to his surroundings.
Feyra notices something quite peculiar..! The old man has scary-looking milk-white eyes, that contain no pupils! The man even turns his look towards Feyra while in deep thought, but Feyra soon realizes his look went right past her, completely ignoring her.
