Feyra replies to Basmet.
"That's right. However, we can't just walk up there. Give me a moment to see what that old fils putian found in this scroll. Suprisely, I can read Celestial too and I hope that we don't need to use the same method as he used to get up there."
In the text of the scroll, there is no explanation to the oracle becoming a ghost. What can be found, though, is that the door to the king's chamber is sealed by powerful magic, and that the only way to unlock it is to know when to offer human sacrifice, which apparently is today, in which case the door will open.
The door can be seen open on the top of the Grand Gallery. The corridor is higher than the floor level of the spot you're currently stepping on. It would seem the only way to reach the corridor is to use climbing equipment or magic means, or simply someone providing a stand with their hands for the others to step on and to lift them up.
In the case of the latter plan, Only the last one, who will have to be lifted by the other two needs to roll a Climb check.
Short reminder: The corridor of the Grand Gallery is decorated with hieroglyphics, and a few large, empty, square slots lie symmetrically on either side of the way, that can be identified with a knowledge (Engineering or architecture) check (Trained only)
Basmet asks Charles if he would offer them a boost up above the opening to the room, up to the grand gallery. If he doesn't think he can climb after them, the table from the chamber could be used as a ramp.
Feyra puts the scroll between her belt as she says.
"Are we really going to climb this up? Well, we can try. Get your rope out, I will try to boost you up to the gaps over there and then I will come up holding the rope and boost you up to the next gap."
She then takes a sceptical look as she says doubtly.
"I don't know, is this really a good idea? We don't really have any choice or more importantly any time. If you think that won't work... Any suggestion?"
By lifting one another up on the corridor, a small surge of golden light flows through the hieroglyphics, as the slight wind that could be felt flowing through the air openings stops.
The sound of rock hitting against the floor can be heard, as slabs have sealed all means of escape towards the Queen's Chamber and the well shaft.
Then you see it; a cylinder-like stone mass, with wooden planks on its sides that perfectly fit the gaps in the floor of the Grand Gallery falls from in front and above the entrance to the King's Chamber. This piece of limestone is designed to entrap or perhaps even crush those trespassing into the final chamber of the pyramid.
As it rapidly rolls down the corridor like a cylinder, the two heroes immediately react by following the only possible escape route: falling back to Charles, and taking cover from the stone that eventually brutally hits the slabs that are blocking the way out.
The area now looks clear, and the heroes seem to be safe from the now "Docile" Boulder-trap. Other than coughing up dust and being trapped, they are relatively safe.
It is clear that the air shafts are now closed, as well as all clear means of exiting. It is unclear as to what exactly set off the trap.
The only way now is up towards the King's Chamber, and as the heroes make their way up there, they realize that no noise seems to be coming from the wide open doorway to the next room.
Is there any action or interaction the characters wish to perform before I move onto further narration?
Strangely, it is only Basmet that manages to enter, as the other two are blocked by an invisible wall of force. All can see into the room, though, which is simple and cubic. The walls feature no carvings or paintings of any sort, and the room would be empty, if it weren't for a cuboid stone coffin which is carved into stone.
There is no light source other than what you may provide, and the air can no longer be felt circulating. No other noise can be heard other than the sounds that the heroes may create.
