Castration followed by torture to death! I cannot think any other punishment for someone who commits this kind of acts against a baby!

| PERRY - A man faces up to life in prison if he's convicted of raping a 27-month old girl last week at his home. John Hudson, 22, of West Perry Street, was charged with rape Friday after he told authorities he "had a dream he was making love to the mother of the child." Judge Mark Frost of Columbiana County Municipal Court set Hudson's bond at $5 million. He's being held at the county jail. Timothy McNicol, an assistant county prosecutor who handles sex cases, said of the victim, "She's doing OK." She underwent surgery at Akron Children's Hospital to repair her injuries and is still at that hospital, McNicol said Monday. The mother of the child worked a shift from Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, according to Perry Township Police Chief Raymond Stone. When she returned home, she noticed the injuries to the child and took her to Salem Community Hospital, Stone said. The child was then taken to the Akron hospital Thursday afternoon, which notified local authorities. The mother, 28, has three other children; they were not harmed, authorities said. McNicol said the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation was called in to gather evidence at Hudson's residence. Stone said Hudson gave authorities his statement and was arrested. McNicol said that the charge against Hudson will likely be presented to the grand jury that will be hearing cases this week. He added that under a new state law that went into effect in January of this year, serious sex cases involving children age 10 and younger can result in a mandatory life sentence without parole. This is not Hudson's first brush with the law. |

Does he believe anyone will buy that story? If truly he was sleeping with the child as I am sure many here have with their own due to the nightmare of I can sleep daddy. Then he would have taken the child to the hospital as soon as he "discovered" what he did.

I'm not buying that story either, and I'm sure there's no jury that would!
There's no excuse for what he did to this little girl,and I'm glad that he faces life in prison without the chance of parole- although I think he's a better candidate for the death penalty!

Why is it I am picturing this guy trying the "dog ate my homework" excuse in school as well?
Enjoy prison John! You probably should keep your dreaming to a minimum there so that you can live a nice long incarcerated life.

If you went to the website and read the real article on this guy ... he's a REPEAT OFFENDER child molester! If ANY Jury buys his sob story they deserve the same punishment he gets.
Personally I'm more for forced "guinea pig" time with medical research ... turn this THING into a half female then send him back to population in prison. Once this guy is convicted, even in a cell block of ONLY child molesters he's still going to need some serious proctology work because of the age of the child.
This is going to haunt this little girl for the rest of her life if her mother and the state do not do something about psychological damage control as quickly as humanly possible for her. IF turning "gay" can be environmental, I think there is probably a good chance this girl will NEVER trust men her entire life.
My prayer list is getting too long.
