French Couple Beaten & Robbed
TV 6 just featured a story about a French couple attached with the French Embassy being attacked by armed bandits in Cascade. The house they were in at the time was nearby to the offical residence of the French Ambassador. Now with this terrible act perpetrated by chaotic local criminals not only the UK will be warned about crime here but so to will France. No one seems to be safe and bandits do not discriminate with foreigners.

These beasts (the criminals) were holding TWO elderly persons (82 years old!) as hostage! These people were visiting Trinidad and staying in the house of their daughter in Cascade. MADNESS!
QUOTE AN ACCOUNTANT at the French Embassy and another employee - both from France - yesterday foiled a robbery at the Cascade home of the accountant and rescued her two elderly parents who were being kept hostage by gunmen.
According to police, at about 9.10 am, Cathryn Shinequ, was at her neighbour's home at Norman Terrace in Cascade, when she (Shinequ) telephoned home to check up on her parents Jacqueline and Vladimir, both 82. Shinequ's mother answered the phone and began screaming for help. The elderly couple, who are from France, are vacationing at their daughter's Cascade home.
According to reports, when Cathryn heard the screams of her mother she contacted the French Embassy head office and spoke with Stefan Lejuene, 40, who quickly went to Shinequ's Cascade home and met her (Shinequ) outside the house.
The two spotted two gunmen who fired at them. Stefan drew his licensed firearm, a pistol, and returned fire causing the gunmen to flee the house and escape by running through some bushes at the back of the house.

Imagine one of the accusers was crying and get on his knees begging the judge to grant him bail after he brutally attacked the French couple, stole their property and terrorized the rest of the family. I am glad he did not get bail!
