If you selling a log home as a get away from it all place better make sure that it is in a area what gives the potential buyer some things to do to take up the free time. Having it on the shores of a lake or in a popular vacationing area is a good start.

Not sure I get this one but I assume this is a remote location and it is a properly built log home.

I would advertise the excellent insulation value of the logs vs the brick home. Keep in mind the log home is warmer in winter and cooler in summer as the brick holds the cold and heat far too long.

I would also push that the home can be recycled and is from a renewable building source.

Push the idea that log home are very traditional and play up the thought of returning to that tradition slow pace of the country, cleaner lifestyle and less stressed but with all the modern comforts.
