Israel Memorial Day
The 7th May is Israel's Memorial Day. Sirens go off at a certain time and people are required to stop walking on the street and stand still. This includes people driving their car, they must come to a stop and come out and wait for the sirens to stop. The day honors soldiers and victims who died from terrorist attacks and defense duties.

Day Memorial Israel
I wonder if people here would do something like that during Our memorial day activities. Even for three minutes.
I am glad that Israel takes time out to celebrate its veterans who have fought to keep their country free. I hope in the year to come they are more successful in ridding this world of some terrorists.
