Tobago and Trinidad Expectations

My expectations for T&T in 2016 is rather grim. The country, which is heavily dependent on oil, is now suffering the effects of low oil prices, high crime, an unhealthy population that is getting sicker, social digression and a host of other things too numerous to mention.
