What if you were a world leader, how would you impact the world? Will you try to help the world as a whole more than your own country if you knew the results would be long lasting?

As a world leader I would try to impact the world. I think I would focus on alleviating poverty and ensuring every place in the world has access to clean water.

I would try to help those in my country first and once I got a handle on that use the resources I have to help those across the globe as I can. I would want to get scientists to develop a free sustainable energy source that will take us off our dependence of fossil fuels and not use nuclear fission or fusion.

I would most definitely see about home first. I think too much time is wasted on foreign stuff that could be spent at home. When home is in order I would stamp out any kind of terrorism and would do it in such a way that people will be afraid to harm the innocent. Some people only understand the threat of imminent destruction to get them to calm down and act civilized.

If I was a world leader...
* I would completely remove individual taxation as it is nothing more than a legal means for a government to steal from its citizens once a year.
* To replace the revenue lost from cutting income taxes, I would charge all companies who build plants and factories overseas a yearly fee.

Building factories overseas and paying foreigners less than my country's minimum wage, then shipping the product to the my country to be sold to my citizens at a lower price than what the businesses within my country can afford to compete with is a bad practice that would remove many jobs from my country.

How would this tax work? I would look at what wages these foreigners are making, then compare it to the minimum wage of my country.

My Country Minimum Wage - Foreigner Wage x Total Foreigners Employed = Yearly Fee

This should remove all the benefits of sending jobs overseas and encourage the jobs to be kept within my country.

* I would make my country open to all with automatic citizenship to all who desire it--no Passports, no Visas, no Green Cards. All this documentation is unnecessary. These restrictions did not exist in the Middle Ages. They did not exist during the Renaissance Period. They didn't even exist during the colonial days. They should not exist now.

I would do nothing to help the world as a whole. What happens in other countries is not my concern. If people are unhappy with their countries and have terrible lives, then they can simply come to my country and have good lives. Those who want my help will come to my country. Those who don't want my help will stay in their own countries. There is no need to change other countries. It is a very bad idea to force help upon those who do not want it.

Of course I would focus on my own country first but we live in a world where in order to improve your country you must negotiate with other countries.

I would help my country get rid of covid and make this word a better place for everybody. That is what I would d if I was a world leader.
