Turn tables on thugs, police told

The home secretary is urging police to target youths who ignore warnings about their anti-social behaviour.

Youths Target

I think this is a great Idea. Make then think that you are just around the block ready to arrest them if they do not change their ways. Stopping them as they leave their house and checking on them here and there randomly will maybe get these youths to thinking that hey crime is not worth all this attention. We may get more individuals to actually follow the rules of society and be able to have a safer society because of it over time.

I watched this on the news last night, where one police force has actually just done this. It shows the police following the teenagers, harassing them as they harass their victims, taking pictures of them and following them wherever they go!
The result was that they brought down the level of violence in that particular area, which in my opinion can only be a good thing.
