Margaret Sanger Named One of 20 Most Influential Americans Ever
Influence is neutral. By itself it means having a profound effect on something, but that something can be good or bad. Therefore, I can't argue with Time Magazine's list of The 20 Most Influential Americans of All Time that happens to include the person who has most influenced the destruction of humanity, Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger.
I have to agree with Time's assessment that she is one of the most influential Americans of all time because her negative influence has been responsible for the deaths of millions, far exceeding that of Hitler's influence in World War II, whom we usually cite as an example of a single person directly responsible for millions of deaths. Court: Texas" Can De-Fund Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz
In a major victory, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans lifted a federal judge's temporary injunction preventing the state of Texas from de-funding the Planned Parenthood abortion business.
The court ruled Texas can cut off funding for Planned Parenthood within its women's health services program because Planned Parenthood is an abortion business.
Recently, a panel of the the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court overturned an appeals judge's decision allowing Texas to ban the nation's biggest abortion business from the state's Women's Health Program. The panel ruled the law Texas approved last year to prohibit abortion facilities from taking part in the program to protect taxpayers from funding abortion facilities is unconstitutional. Ref. Joe Biden: "Under Law Planned Parenthood Can't Perform Abortions"
Campaigning in Wisconsin, pro-abortion Vice President Joe Biden misled voters today by saying Planned Parenthood, the nation's biggest abortion business doesn't do any abortions. "Now these guys pledge that they"re going to de-fund Planned Parenthood, which under law cannot perform any abortions," Biden said.
The Obama campaign is already having to clean up the misstatement, saying Biden meant to say that, under law, Planned Parenthood can't use the federal funding it gets to pay for abortions. Ref. Source 4
Oops! Obama Accuses Planned Parenthood of Breaking the Law
In Tuesday's presidential debate and the latest issue of Glamour magazine, President Obama stumbled into accusing one of his campaign's largest benefactors-Planned Parenthood-of serially violating a federal women's health law designed to protect breast cancer patients by claiming that the abortion giant provides mammograms even though it has no license to do so. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. If President Obama's allegations of impropriety by Planned Parenthood prove true, the nation's largest abortion chain could face fines of up to $10,000 per day. Source 9.
