Who sits down on a bench at the bus stop to spread mayo on a sandwich is beyond me but what is worst when someone is staring, comes and punch the person and steal the bologna sandwich!

When the Bar Closes...
After a hard night of trying to drain multiple pints of beer before they became warm, Fernando decided it was time to leave Gibson's Bar and head on out. Fernando wasnt so light on his feet as he glided down the sidewalk, but he was making an effort. A guy asked him: "hey buddy, come over here for a minute". Fernando wasnt goin anywhere but where he wanted to: "screw you pal, I aint comin over there". The guy told him: "if you dont get over here now, you are going have a lot of trouble on your hands". That was all it took...Fernando was in a rage fueled by Miller Genuine Draft and stale pretzels...and he bit the nipple off of a off-duty police officer and tried to lift his gun:

A south suburban Hazel Crest man has been charged after he allegedly bit a Chicago Police officer in the chest during a fight outside Gibsons Bar and Steakhouse in the Near North Side Gold Coast neighborhood Sunday night, police said.
Fernando Cooper, 31, of the 18100 block of South Kedzie Avenue in Hazel Crest, was charged at 8:15 p.m. Monday with attempting to disarm a peace officer and aggravated battery to a peace officer, both of which are felonies. He was also charged with three counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest and cited with a city violation for panhandling in a prohibited manner, according to police.
About 9:30 p.m. Sunday, the off-duty officer became involved in a dispute with Cooper outside Gibsons, 1028 N. Rush St., according to a police report.
Near North District officers who were already in the area saw a disturbance and a struggle, during which the officer identified himself as police but Cooper allegedly continued to refuse "verbal commands,"" and bit the officer, prompting responding officers to deploy a chemical spray at Cooper, the report said.
The officer suffered swelling and cuts to eye along with a severe bite to the nipple.
An ambulance transported the officer to Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was treated by a doctor who later said the victim lost a body part because of severe damage from the bite, according to the report.
Cooper suffered cuts and bruising to the face area and was taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center for treatment, the report said.
During the struggle, Cooper allegedly grabbed the officer's holster, according to the report.After several attempts, he was eventually placed into custody.
Belmont Area detectives are investigating.

Would it be shocking if Fernando didnt look so good by the time he got to the police station for a photo-shoot? I kept thinking his last name should be Tyson.

Watching the TV show COPS I saw a woman call the police to report she was a victim of theft. When they arrived on the scene she explained to them rather calmly that she had bought crack from some gentlemen down the road and they had sold her fake crack. She looked into the police mens eye in all seriousness asking them to return her money.
