Is there something more to Dolphins, are they somehow mystical considering they rescue humans at sea and have very good intellect?

I believe dolphins have a special connection to nature. They are like the guardians of the deep and are probably the most respected. It would be great to take some sort of course that involves studying them in their natural state.
