What does it mean if someone has "Right of Way on Deed"?

Right of way on deed mean you have aerial or Underground service running on your property and that means you may not build a shed on it. It also means the utility company using it may have ti rip up you lawn or flower bed at any time to ensure their service continues so be careful what you plant there and find out what the municipal rules say about it before signing.
If it is a rural property and you have a pond or lake on it it could be an access right of way also.
