My goodness, I am glad this man was arrested and I hope he pays for what he has done because this is not the first time he does something like this. If I am not mistaken, this is the 7th time!

Comments: I read somewhere that this man was in a wheelchair and had an oxygen tank so I assume is someone who is dying and wants everyone to die along with him.
