It seems like a carefully orchestrated crime and it has been happening for a very long time.

Ekiti State Police said that 40-year-old Taiwo Afolabi and seven others, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and auto-theft.
Among the seven was Raji Babatunde. Babatunde was arrested during a robbery in the early hours of Thursday morning. Police seized cars from Afolabi, that he and his gang stole over the course of several months. Source 7
