Excuse me? She abuses a child and thinks she has any rights? She should remain in jail, people like that do not deserve to have children to treat them in this manner.

48-year-old Denise Stewart of Brooklyn, said that police were called to her building in Brownsville, for a domestic disturbance, but they did not receive a specific apartment number.
When officers heard screams from her apartment they entered the home and found Stewart's 12-year-old daughter with "visible injuries" to her face.
The girl allegedly told officers that her mother and older sister had beaten her with a belt. Stewart, who only had a towel on at the time of her arrest, refused to go with the officers. Source 8
