Gets 10 months jail for carrying cigarette lighter in the shape of gun

It seems like the US isn't the only place where they arrest you for stupid things. This is really a shame.
QUOTE A man will have to spend the next 10 months behind bars after he was caught carrying a cigarette lighter that is shaped like a gun, prosecutors in the United Kingdom said.
37-year-old Stephen White of Scotland, received the 10-month prison sentence after being spotted with the lighter, designed to look like a Beretta, at a leisure center in Clydebank.
White received the lighter as a gift from his brother-in-law many years ago, when he returned from Bulgaria. White's brother, 42-year-old Gary, said that the family was shocked by the sentence. Source 2
