Wilson suffered a fractured eye socket in the fracas, and was left dazed by the initial confrontation, the source said. He is now "Traumatized, scared for his life and his family, injured and terrified" That a grand jury, which began hearing evidence on Wednesday, will "Make some kind of example out of him," The source said. The sad part of all of this is no matter what happens people are not going to like it. If the police officer is found in the wrong the people protesting will not be happy until the officer is found guilty of first degree murder.

If the police officer is found to be justified the protesters have already stated the riots will be far worse than we have seen so far.

In my opinion it is a lose lose situation and no one is going to win in this. Exactly what happened I am not sure but here are some facts that stand out.

Michael Brown committed a strong arm robbery shortly before being confronted, The officer had no idea at the time of stopping Mr. Brown that he was a suspect in the strong arm robbery. Some type of confrontation took place at the police car between the officer and Mr. Brown that caused the officer to be injured and Mr. Brown to be killed.

Now it is a wait and see what happens in the grand jury.
