Driving Argentina

Traffic accidents in Argentina have been on an average of 20 lives a day over the past decade, making it the top country in Latin America for these kind of tragedies. Driving is reckless and there is not enough accountability. It's more, you can kill someone by accident, run away and you will still not make it to jail but get a "Suspense" Sentence of three years.
