Poor baby girl, that is a very serious abnormality in of all places the middle of her face. I saw a photo of one man 'worshiping' the baby as a Hindu goddess but I hope this doesn't stop the parents from getting early medical treatment.

I agree with the above poster. It maybe tempting for very poor parents to use this as a way to get money but they need to think in the future of the child. What might be seen now as something to be adored because of religion might be scorned later as an adult.
