I did not see the "offensive" post, but hope that the discussion can continue. It is good for all sides to air their beliefs.

I would take a bit of Terry's side, here, tho, in that some of the other posters in the Michael T. thread were pretty judgmental (and rude) as opposed to asking questions of Terry or stating their different viewpoint. I realize they are "regulars" so maybe are given a little slack.

The news media has made some statements that are their opinion, but Michael is innocent until proven guilty. This is America, remember? If proven guilty then we can all condemn him for his bad behavior.

This is not to defend any bad behavior he is proven to have done. In fact, I an not in alignment at all w/ his beliefs as I understand them so far.

Now I'll go to the other thread and say something so Terry can post again.

SFkid, Terry called one of the posters "uneducated idiot" and that's not tolerated in this Community hence one of the mods erased the post.

It's simple, we can disagree in the strongest terms without throwing insults when things don't go our way, that's childish and is an infringement of one of our policies .

There is a strong moderation in this forum as you can see to ensure the rules everyone here chose to accept upon registration, are being followed.

No, it's still America as to the court system that governs New Mexico, Michael T's location. That's where his guilt or not will be determined based on evidence presented to the court. We need to wait on that re his sexual practices being determined to be crimes or not.

Now your judgments and moral compass may be different than the courts, but at least wait and see.

SFkid, We don't have to "wait" on anything . I don't think you understand. This is an International community on the Internet, not the US, not a court of law. People are free to express their views in favor or against, respecting the rules and policies the owners of this site created, caspice?

Now this is starting to get hilarious. Do you moderators also work for Fox News... you know... "fair and balanced". In other words; whatever the mods say is "fair and balanced", is so, because they say it is. This forum has a typical Westernized censorship/sanction program. Those whom it loves are allowed to throw insults as often as they want, but those whom the mods do not agree with, are censored or banned. Very "civilized" indeed. The moderator can use the words I used, but I cannot use them. Is this not the definition of hypocrisy?

The mods claim insults or name calling are not allowed on the forums. I could peruse the forum and find a hundred examples where this statement is not held as the norm, but I will only use just a few of the insults from the Travesser/Strong City thread, to show how the "rule" is not a rule.

I ignored the first five crude posts from KN, and only responded to his last comment, because of the insulting, lying nature of the post. His information has not come from a film, a news article, or a court of law, but rather, from his own perverted viewpoint.

Now, here are a couple insults from JB,

I used the term "uneducated" for a reason. An educated person would not be able to use the language that these individuals have used. I used the term "idiot" in its correct manner as stated in the dictionary;

"1. an utterly foolish or senseless person."

Only a person with foolish, senseless, tendencies could use terminology like "raping" and "child rapist" unless they fit into this category. Do you folk have problems when a person uses the English language properly?

Lastly; if you read my "uneducated idiot" comment in context, I do not actually call anyone that term, but it was used in a generalized manner.

Now humor me some more by saying how name calling and throwing insults are not allowed on this forum.

Interesting how TerryCazp and SFkid had such an interest in responding to the same Topic (one that had not been touched in awhile) and fighting the same point in this Thread, very suspicious.

If Users will spend the actual time reading the terms they AGREED to before Registration then there would be a lot less time wasted on trivial rants and more on actual Discussion. Or they may save me some time writing and go elsewhere like one of those teeny bopper places where people can say what they want and insult each other all day long.

Our policy and methods of Administration are NOT up for debate, and although they AGREED to that they still kick against the pricks... seems senseless to me. No one is begged to be here, and just because you respond to ONE topic among thousands because you feel you are somehow more knowledgeable because of association you will not be treated with any glamor or prestige.
