If information like this can help in sleeping disorders then lets get more funding! Sleeping disorders are becoming more common likely due to changes in our lifestyles in the past few years.

Sleep orders are becoming more common because more and more of us are having to work longer hours to try to make ends meet. Thus we are sleep deprived more often than not.

That is very true and the effect is exponential with the stress levels. I also think the lack of physical activity for long duration adds to this. A good foot ball (soccer) game or just tag is great and brings up the good feelings and chemicals that release with laughter. Even the pleasure of having weeded a garden can help. Our lifestyles are a major issue I am sure.
