In Latvia operations are very cheep and even operations like tooth fixing is much more cheaper compered to other European countries and USA. People form USA, United Kingdom and from much more countries come here just to stay in hospitals. And they say that travel expenses and cost for the operation together is cheaper than the operations in their own countries.
So come to Latvia if you don't want to pay too much for operations in your country and while in Latvia have a tour.
