Just Signed The Contract

If I just signed the contract to sell my home five minutes ago, but after getting some news I've changed my mind from selling, can I cancel the contract even though I already signed it?

Contract Signed Just

If you are signing a contract you better make sure there is a clause in it that states either party can cancel this contract at any time if their situation changes. If you do not do this then you may be stuck into selling even if you do not wish to anymore.
