Not since 1999 has Atlanta been in a playoff series, and that won't change this year. They currently are 30 games below 500 and sitting in 13th place in the Eastern Conference. Not since Dominique Wilkins has the Hawks been a contender in the East.

Hawks Atlanta
I can't think of a star player they have had since Wilkins. They just haven't been able to attract players that can carry the team when they are down, thus when they are bad, they are really bad. I wish they would get a good team, my relatives in Atlanta will not stop complaining about their teams year after year.
