A potent hallucinogenic drug, banned in Australia and being progressively outlawed in the United States, will remain legal in New Zealand.

That sounds like a very interesting drug. I think that some control over it should be made but I do not feel it should be banned.

Drugs Legal In New Zealand Health & Special Psychology

Salvia is an herb. I agree it should be regulated but they shouldn't ban it completely until they have been able to complete the studies on its purported benefits in helping conditions such as alzheimers, schizophrenia, depression, cocaine addiction and others.

It seems the psychotic effects are short lived but I would be interested in what the find out about the long-term ramifications.
