1. You need to be 18 to drink something stronger than water
2. You need to be 18 to smoke but your not allowed to smoke in public places and if you do that you need to pay a fine starting from 5 Ls to 50 Ls (10 $ - 100 $)
3. Maximal speed limit in city is 50 km/h
4. You can't use fireworks in city of course if you harmonize that with the police than it is ok for example if your making a big birthday party and want to have fireworks. Also you need to harmonize to police that you have a party and your going to be noisy after 10 pm or 11 pm that depends in which city you live.
