A constitutional curse for T&T
The words are simple enough in Section 75 of the Constitution. There shall be Cabinet for Trinidad and Tobago which shall have general direction and control of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and shall be collectively responsible therefore to Parliament. Ref. Source 1
The current debate is whether the upcoming changes to the Constitution as planned by the government requires a large majority vote in parliament. Many are concerned whether the changes also benefit the people or the current government.
Two prominent COP Members voted against the Prime Minister concerning the Constitutional Amendment bill. Politicians are edgy about how the Independent Senators will vote. The PNM are concerned because they are saying that the last minute addendum for Constitution Reform was not discussed prior to bringing the Bill to Parliament.

Comments: This is an election year and the government is now doing this? I can't give the government any high ranks for their lack of discretion, they make things so obvious that its hard not to see the real reason behind it.
Jack Warner's motion to try and stop the government's change specially with run off elections isn''t working. All the local courts denied him and he still wants to go to the privy council? What a waste of money.
