Sorry I think the right choice was made. Individual team members can have a a political view point and can share this is tactfully done on their own time. Sport competitions are not the right place also if one member does not feel the same way they get painted by the majority. All should have their own voices and views but must share them in the correct venue. Say out side the police station.
