Wait a second...so the man in the wheelchair incident accuses two police officers for abuse and now the minister of health is sending him to St. Anns? Is it me or it sounds like retaliation for "Giving trouble"?

This whole thing is becoming a mess. According to TV6 News the WPC involved in this case almost had a warrant issued for her arrest because there was no response when her name was called. The WPC later pleaded not guilty and said she needed time for legal representation.
Additionally, the Minister of Heath, Faud Khan, is having words for the directors of health facilities that involved the man in the Wheelchair over his being 'housed' at a hospital for months while patience needed beds.

In a followup to this case the person, who videoed the whole inncident involving the police and man in the wheelchair, was himself arrested!

Yes, it was a form of "Punishment" By the police themselves with the excuse that he used foul language. The boy resisted the arrest because he couldn't believe he was being detained for filming! People NEED to know their rights!
