Yes seeing "Real" women in fashion shows makes people feel more comfortable. No more of the food starved anorexic models who do not represent real women. Maybe now the fashion magazines will stop telling girls they all need to be size zero or better to be attractive.
Amen to both of your comments. Give me curves any day of the week. And I agree, we fill our girls' heads full of ideas they have to look a certain way to be beautiful. That is garbage. The concept of beauty lives in each of us and like opinions, it is different for each of us.
People had to think that it was back in the 70s and 80s where I remember that you had to be skinny to be considered a beauty. I think television and movies had a lot to do with this. It may have started earlier. I am glad that everything is changing now.
It is really good to hear that men like the curvy woman, so who wonders who has been pushing the skinny on us for years. A toned vulumpterous woman is much more appealing than as Diashain said " A skeleton in skin is not appealing at all."
