A Greek air force F-16 crashed on takeoff, hitting other planes on the ground and killing 10 people during a NATO training exercise in Spain today, a senior Spanish defense official told CNN. Thirteen people were injured. The nationalities of the victims have not yet been released. Ref. CNN

That will be a black mark for the Greek air force. I don't know much about the air force there but I would imagine with the close proximity to neighboring states their pilots should be very experienced.
